📦 Shipping Information – Kanorau

All orders are sent from Waikato, Aotearoa and are shipped 3 days a week, excluding public holidays.

Urban flat rate shipping: $7.00

Rural flat rate shipping: $12.00

⏳ Processing Time

As a small whānau-led kaupapa, we fit packing and processing around our full-time mahi and whānau, so please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped.

🚚 Delivery & Tracking

Once your pukapuka or poster has been packed and scanned for delivery, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. From there, it usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive, depending on your location.
For rural addresses, please allow 3–5 working days.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

As a small team, we don’t have the capacity to follow up shipping queries on your behalf — but we’ll provide you with the shipping carrier’s contact details so you can track your order directly if needed.

🔄 Kanorau Returns & Refund Policy

At Kanorau, we stand by the quality of our kaupapa and the resources we share with our whānau and community. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ What items can I return?

We accept returns for:

  • Refund

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in original condition, unwashed, and unworn

  • Must include original packaging with tags attached

  • Must be accompanied by your order information (returns form or a printed confirmation email)

Please note:

  • Sale items and final clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Posters, books, or custom items that have been damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping.

    🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If you’ve received an item that’s faulty or not what you ordered, please email us at [insert your contact email here] within 6 months of receiving your order.
    Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • A clear photo of the fault or incorrect item

    If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

📦 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us with your order number and details of your return request

  2. Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit

  3. If faulty or incorrect, attach a photo to speed up processing

  4. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and shipping instructions

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • All returns are processed by our small team working around full-time commitments, so please allow 3–5 business days once your return is received

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Store credits will be issued as a unique code via email

  • Uploading our content to any online platform, website, or social media for redistribution
